How do I get a quotation?
To request a quotation simply complete our "REQUEST A QUOTE" form, once received we will promptly provide you with your quotation based on your requirements for your bus and coach hire enquiry.
How long is my quote valid for?
Your quotation is valid for 30 days. Should this be exceeded by the time that you are ready to book we may need to provide you with another quotation.
Do all your buses and coaches have seat belts?
Yes, all of our vehicles are fitted with lap sash seat belts.
Do your drivers have Working with Children checks?
All of our drivers hold NSW Working with Children and ACT Working with Vulnerable People certification
How do I amend my booking?
To amend your booking simply send us an email using our "CONTACT US" form.
Or send an email directly to email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide us with the Booking ID or date of your booking.
Do your coaches have anchor points for child restraints?
Yes, all of our vehicles have anchor points to secure a child restraint.
Can your drivers provide commentary for our tour?
Yes, all of our drivers are able to provide commentary for your tour. Simply request this at time of your quotation or when we are booking in your tour.
Are you able to assist with planning the itinerary for our tour?
We are able to assist with the planning of your itinerary and can even provide a service to book the venues that you wish to visit.
Are your drivers qualified to drive in the
Snowy Mountains (Kociuszko National Park)?
Yes, all of our drivers hold the required Snow Driving Licence and are trained in the operations of buses and coaches in these hazardous areas.
