To support the continued growth of our business, we are excited to announce a newly created position: Fleet & Facilities Manager, overseeing operations across our Canberra and Cooma depots.

What the role involves

The Fleet & Facilities Manager will:

• Lead workshop staff across our depots

• Oversee vehicle servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance

• Manage HVIS inspections and compliance requirements

• Keep our depots and facilities operational and well maintained

• Handle parts ordering, contracts, and budgets efficiently

It’s a hands-on leadership position, combining operational management with people leadership, and ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet every day.

Who we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone with proven experience in fleet, workshop, or facilities management—ideally within the transport industry. Strong leadership skills, knowledge of compliance requirements, and a proactive, team-focused approach will be key to success in this role.
